Value Engineering
Value engineering is a term describing the process of increasing the ‘value’ of services, products or goods by examining their function versus their cost. Put simply, ‘value’ can be increased by either improving function or reducing cost whether that is in fiscal, environmental or social terms.
What we do
At Geohyden, the combination of our extensive onsite construction management experience and our environmental expertise means that we can provide a highly informed insight into the value of construction and development projects given the operational constraints, budgetary restrictions or the environmental setting.
From the outset, we establish exactly what is of value to our clients; whether it be lower operational costs or higher environmental performance. Taking a collaborative approach, we work with developers, architects, contractors and suppliers to conduct a rigorous assessment of a project’s entire lifecycle. Drawing on our practical experience and the theoretical background, we provide tailored solutions to enhance the value of projects to their maximum potential.
